how high is two high of a heart rate during exercise and cardio? my hr has gotten up to 180 and i felt fine but i just didn't want to over do it.

Dr. Ronald Krauser

See details: I heart rate of 180 is not all that unusual when it occurs during significant aerobic exercise. If it returns to normal after the activity is completed there should be no worry.
