at what point does a high heart rate during exercise become dangerous? would an extremely high heart rate of 250-270bpm be considered dangerous?

Maximum: Maximum predicted heart rate is calculated as 220-age. For a 22 year old the maximum heart rate is therefore 198 bpm. If your heart rate reaches 250-270 during exercise, it would be best to get evaluated.
