Not so fast: Fast foods for certain will destroy your plan. Although i don t think is needed to explain what "healthy" foods mean (unprocessed, natural, raw when appropriate, and varied), for sure you should avoid most of the commercial, frozen, artificial, canned and synthetic foods in order to better accomplish those goals. For a more intensive and personalized advice, you should see a dietitian or your dr.
