Paraovarian cyst: Paraovarian cyst are not uncommon in the reproductive age period. Mostly benign rarely malignant. Followed to check for increase in size- larger cysts can rupture /twisting cause pain. Fluid behind uterus is also common seen mid cycle , ruptured follicles occasionally infection/ pathology .
