It could be one of many things like infection, anxiety, Diabetes. Reduce your coffee tea and soda. Drink water and empty your bladder every 3-4 hours and avoid constipation. If not better in a week then you have to be seen and your urine tested. Hope you feel better

You're experiencing bladder urgency. It's also called overactive bladder. If this symptom occurs with relatively little urine in your ,bladder & doesn't awaken you from sleep& no obvious cause like infection,diabetes, etc is found, you might improve by doing some bladder training like trying to suppress the urge for a few minutes. When you accomplish that, you strive to hold your urine for longer
