Multiple things: This is a complex combination of symptoms, and may well have multiple causes. Or, depending on when in your cycle these symptoms happen, it could be some form of pms or pmdd. Best to see your own physician for evaluation. S/he may want you to see a psychiatrist as well, but your own doctor is a good first step.
