Possibly: You BOTH must be checked for UTI. STD and possible yeast/bacterial contamination. Abstain sexually until cleared and treated.

Possibly: Yeast infections can be passed back and forth between sexual partners, but urinary frequency in a male is not classically caused by a yeast infection but can be more commonly caused by other types of infection. I recommend that your fiance visit a urologist for an examination and that you have no sexual relations with him until he is cleared by his urologist. Your yeast infection should be treated
