I had 2rabies shot a month ago(5 shot a year ago too) but from last year 2 times i used steroid cream for aweek can it reduce rabies antibody,why?

Unlikely: Creams,lotions,sprays applied to the skin surface do not penetrate enough to reach the blood. To alter immunity at all steroids must be at a significant blood level for long enough to trigger such a change. I wouldn't worry about it.
