Worth a sleep study: If your regular exam and blood work do not find a problem this would be time to arrange a sleep study. Just because you go to bed and appear to sleep, does not mean your body moves into the deep sleep stages that restore you. You may drift in/out because of sleep apnea or other issues. This is usually fixable if it is identified.

See below: Agree with Dr. M. An other issue to consider is that you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
