Biorhythms: We all have "good days and bad days", not just old people! I'm not a big proponent of "biorhythms" but we are subject to cyclic hormonal changes. Our mental state affects our energy also. Are you feeling cheerful or a little "blah"? Do you have something good happening in your life or are you "in a rut?" How are your personal relationships? Could alcohol or meds you take be a factor?

More info needed: Thanks for your question! Was this a one time thing? Or has this been going on for a while? If its just today, I would get a good night's sleep and see how you feel tomorrow. But if you see a pattern of extreme fatigue, you could have sleep apnea. You should be evaluated by your doc.
