Insulin resistance &: In a person with diabetese either there is deficiency or lack of Insulin production by the pacrease or Insulin resistance, where the Insulin is not effective.This in turn causes blood sugar to go up and if not treated and controlled with diet/exercise/oral meds or insulin, can cause complication in many body systems including cardiovascular, neurological, renal, eyes among the body systems.
