Normal level: Mitchells, those are normal levels (3.3-5.0). Levels will jump up after meals but should be back into the normal range in 2 hours. The symptoms (I’m assuming, shakiness, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, etc.) are what you mean by low blood sugar levels may be attributed to something else other than just blood sugar if the lows are in the 4-5 range. 5-10 km/day might be too much.
