Re-evaluation: Hi, If your surgery was more than 6 weeks ago, the spotting is probably not from the usual post-surgical symptoms. If you're on contraception or hormonal treatment for endometriosis, the abnormal spotting may be from that but it's probably best to get a follow up with your gyn doctor soon. Hope this helps
