Hi , im on bilocor 5 for about 3 weeks, i want to stop using them, is it required to wean myself of them? my ecg test was fine initially.

Bilocor: This medication,whether it was prescribed to control hypertension or cardiac arrhythmias, shouldn't be abruptly discontinued as rebound effects can be serious. Importantly you shouldn't discontinue this medication without the prescribing physicians approval or supervision..A normal EKG doesn't guarantee that arrhythmias won't recur.
