No: not much and very rarely. unless u have already conduction defect in ur ECG. Propranolol mainly causes bradycardia. Citalopram masy cause qrs prolongation esp if u have loe K, MG or previous qrs prolongation

Ask your doctor: Your doctor may be investigating your MVP symptoms or might be assessing the effect your current medications have had on your heart rhythms. If the former, she might prefer you stop your meds. If the latter, probably continue them. A prolonged QRS isn't what we usually think about with your meds. Again, talk it over with your doctor.
