...Muscle strain...: 31 y/o says, Sudden pain in my left side of chest, constantly there? Could be simple Muscle Strain/sprain from posture or movement/ lifting objects. But if there is cough and other physical symptoms,one should see PCP for a good medical Examination and possible Imaging if Indicated.
