Tingling in, what i assume to be, upper lungs. only assume lungs because its upper right and left side of chest. not constant, but almost daily. ?

Tingling upper chest: is it front or back? Could be muscular, or even reflux or vascular. or from impingement ( nerve irritation in shoulder/ neck disc compression), or lesion or even TMJ Rarely MS. Could try Ranitidine(reflux) and motrin/aleve( for impingement/muscular) if not allergic and see if helps. Consider CXR( r/o lung/lesions) and then echocardiogram if everything else is negative F/u/ w/ doc
