Bile reflux: Unfortunately bile reflux often doesn't respond to medications that help gastroesophageal reflux disease(gerd). However acid reflux may accompany bile relux so it's worthwhile taking those medications and making the same lifestyle changes that your physician or gastroenterologist advises.

Eat more Fruit: Following a low-fat diet can reduce the amount of bile acid your body produces, causing less of it to make its way to your colon. Having lower levels of bile acids in your colon lowers your chances of having diarrhea To reduce your fat intake, try to avoid eating: butter and margarine; and other saturated fats . Bromalin from pineapple can reduce bile acid, as can papain from papayas
