I had an episiotomy 6 months ago and it now hurts and feels swollen from the inside. the wound has heeled but theres a huge bump on the inside of it?

Residual stitches: It is likely that the stitches/sutures of the episiotomy have not completely been absorbed. See you OB MD and see if that is the case and what can be done about them. Infection may also be a possibility.
