No: If you are taking Seasonale, you are not menstruating so you cannot have premenstrual syndrome. You may have an anxiety / depression disorder that is potentially exacerbated by the hormones but to your question, it is not PMS. Talk to your doctor about changing the pill to a different progesterone or different estradiol dosing to see if that helps.

May be side effects: Potential Seasonale side effects: nausea/vomiting, bloating, abdominal cramps, breast tenderness/swelling, nipple discharge, mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks, changes in libido, crying, insomnia & depression.
