is there anything i can do/take to reduce pms symptoms? preferably natural. i get very depressed, moody and irritable always one week before period.

Exercise & nutrition: PMS symptoms can be lessened by exercise during that time frame and avoidance of caffeine and theobromine (chocolates). Minimizing sodium intake can also decrease bloating.
