Cyclogest: Cyclogest is a progesterone medication, used for treatment in pregnancy to prevent miscarriage. At a documented "12 wks" of pregnancy, the placenta is fully functional in producing progesterone to support the pregnancy, so sexual relations are not usually going to affect the pregnancy adversely at this point.
