Ok otherwise?: Check the earlobe to see if there is a rash. If she is not fuzzy otherwise, she is likely ok. But if she is crying because of pain, you will need to bring her to the doctor.

Ear: Also may be indication of fluid in middle ear. Or foreign body in ear canal. See ENT
