Will a radiologists not indicate a new meniscus tear on mri even if there is one. i have had 2 prior surgeries on my meniscus. ?

The radiologist: would always report a meniscus tear on MRI if it is visualized. However, after surgery, it may be difficult or impossible to differentiate post surgical meniscus changes from a subtle new tear on MRI.
