Be seen: I would recommend she be seen to accurately diagnose the cause of her pain. In part to make sure the back pain she is having is not related to the infection that she is being treated for. For example, partially treated urinary tract infections can spread to the kidney and cause back pain and can even spread to the intervertebral discs of the spine and cause really severe pain.
