A member asked:

My wife has kidney infection can she take amoxicillin for this as we still have some left and don't want to go to er wait till monday to see doctor?

No: The best way to treat a bladder infection is to base treatment on results of a urine culture. Often Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) or Amoxicillin are started while waiting for the culture result but best to collect the urine for culture first.
