Disclaimer

i have had a previous injury 9 years ago and have had problems ever since. it can be hard to move/take on daily every day tasks with out severe pain. what could this be? what can be done to help me?

In-office visit: It's a complex picture. You need to see a doctor in person who can evaluate the source of the pain. Even more important is to get into an appropriate rehabilitation program to teach your body to function again. You should call RIC (Rehab institute of Chicago) and make an appointment with a physiatrist who works with chronic pain
