Take once daily: Reactine dosage is once daily. So you can take it at bedtime daily.

Yes, you can: But be consistent and take the medicine regularly to experience a difference, read the labels carefully though, visit your doctor who may refer you to an allergist for evaluation of your allergies, best wishes
