Patience please: Standard pregnancies are under the control of your biological clock, with an internal process that eventually sends out the hormones that initiate natural labor.If you pass 40 weeks your OB will watch you more closely a& may do some procedures to stimulate the process. If any concern about your or baby health arises they would consider an induction/c-section.
