Pregnancy concerns: You sound terrified. You don't need to know all of this information right away or all at once. Frankly, women have been having babies for thousands of years (at least). There are many good options for pain control. Have you considered reading a book like "What to Expect when you are expecting"? Talk with your OB. Take a deep breath and CALM Down. Stop scaring yourself.

See a counselor: there are many options to help with relaxation and a counselor may be able to help you with many applicable strategies to use during labor-they may even be willing to be there to support you. Child birth classes are also often quite helpful, Wanting to avoid labor is not a good reason for a c-section. There are many benefits of babies being born vaginally . Also talk to your OB
