Can i give my 9yr old daughter myprodol syrup for fever if her stomach is empty and is not eating due to vomiting? fever is over 39 degrees.

Fever..: You can but you really need to solve the reason as to why she is vomiting. If she is unable to keep anything down, she won’t be able to keep the myprodol down to help her fever. She may need an antiemetic or if she is too far behind, ORS or IV fluids to correct her fluid deficit to control the vomiting first.
