Does she look ill: Or does she still want to play? Any diarrhea? Can she still eat and drink? How high is the temperature? Perhaps she would feel better if she did throw up. As there can be many problems causing abdominal pain, 1 of them being appendicitis, it might be prudent to consult a doctor.

Could be many things: May be the start of a viral gastroenteritis (stomach flu) which could bring on more nausea/vomiting and diarrhea. Need to know other history: cold symptoms, sore throat, issues with urination. See your doctor to clarify these points and get a thorough physical exam.
