More info needed: Do you literally mean stomach, or abdominal infection? If the stomach, sounds like Helicobacter pylori, which is usually treated with up to 3 antibiotics, sometimes with an acid blocker. If so, it can take a few weeks for symptoms to clear up; you may have some discomfort for a while. If severe and/or getting worse, or no better after 2 weeks, contact the doctor treating you.
