Pneumonia: If you mean that you have pneumonia you need to be seen ASAP by a doctor and evaluated to determine the particular antibiotic, if any, that may be needed. Your gastric hyperacidity needs to be evaluated as well since you may have Helicobacter pylori infection. Symptoms can be controlled with drugs that reduce gastric acidity. See your doctor.
