Not likely: Diet usually does not affect psa levels. A hard bowel movement may temporarily raise psa so you may wish to pay attention to keeping your bowel movements soft.

Using prostate helps: if you're not having many ejaculations, increasing the frequency may lower the PSA. If it is suddenly higher, one cause could be prostatitis, which can be excluded after four weeks antibiotic therapy with a return to your usual PSA value.
