A member asked:

Will the mini pill change effectiveness with daylight savings time? (changing clocks back)

No change: If you take your pills at the same time every day, you should be protected. If there is a small variation, such as the one hour difference when we move clocks back, there should not be a change in the effectiveness of the pills. The dosing of the pills allows for not taking pills at exactly the same minute every day

Three hour window: With the mini pill, you have a three hour grace period which should not be affected by the time change.
