1 hour difference : It's only an hour difference. I doubt its that significant if you just put yourself on the new time. But if you are worried , you could "split the difference" on the first day after the time change, ie., if you used to take the pill at 10 pm for example, and now what was 10 is now 11pm (new time), you could take the pill at 10:30 pm tonight and then go back to your usual 10 pm after that.

One time change of 1: Hour should not make that much difference. Take them at the time now on daylight savings time that you plan to take them until the time changes again. In other words if you too them at 7 on regular time, take them at 7 on daylight savings time.
