Two kinds of: medications are useful...ANTIHISTAMINES and DECONGESTANTS...there are OTC (Over the counter) examples of both and COMBINATIONS of both...consult with your pharmacist...BTW a vaporizer (particularly in dry cold winter months) may be very helpful! Hope this helps Dr Z
