Not usually: A lower wisdom tooth is not typically associated with sinus issues if that was the only tooth worked on. It may be a coincidence or related to other issues, most likely. If it is making you want to sneeze, it would be appropriate to get it looked at so as to not compromise your healing.

Not due to extractio: Nasal and sinus congestion is no due to dental extraction.May be due to allergy.You can try over the counter allergy pills like Claritin or zyrtec and/or inhaler like Flonase If no better consult your Primary Care Doctor

Not related: Sinus exposure and congestion can occur with upper wisdom tooth extractions. Nasal congestion can be caused by anything that irritates or inflames the nasal tissues and not #32 extraction.
