Read the labels: Excedrin usually contains asprin, which interacts with ibuprofen, and shouldn't be taken within 6 hours of each other. Sudafed (pseudoephadedrine) alone is fine, but Sudafed products are often combo products which have NSAIDS such as ibuprofen in them, so be sure to read the label, in order to make sure you don't accidentally double dose! Hope this helps!

NO: Fxcedrine and Ibuprofen, if taken together xan and most likely will, cause gastritis, Sudafed should always be used with caution.
