800mg is a big dose: If a person was taking Tamiflu for the flu, and had no problems with the Tamiflu, and in the past had no problems taking ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) or cold medications like Sudafed PE, then she should be able to take the 3 medications on the same day and still have no medication issues, because the medications should not interact with one another. However, 400mg (or 600mg) ibuprofen may work fine.
