Is it okay to take aleve, excedrin, sudafed, and zantac (ranitidine) at the same time?

Not really: I would not take Excedrin and Aleve (naproxen) at the same time. I would take these two neds a few hours apart. The rest are ok to take together unless you have an allergy to these meds or some other medical condition such as diabetes or hypertension that could be affected by these drugs. Always be careful with taking too many meds.
