Not common: That is not a conmmon rxn to adderall but if it is persistent , it is worth trying a different stimulant medication

Need adjustment: People can have a variable response to these medications. This kind of effect suggests your dose is higher than needed for the target benefit. Either move to a lower dose or a different type of med.

Why would Adderall make me feel zoned out? On instant release it happens on doses as small as 5mg. On XR it happens on doses of 30-60mg. Taking for hypersomnia but its actually making me more tired. Why would this be? I am not ADD/ADHD.
