No trauma but MRI showed degenerative changes in 3.4.5.6.7 cervical spine. Hand numbness for 1 year.various injection but no avail. Surgery? Only 29yr
Should I have surgery or not? The pain management gave me the choice of steroid shots or surgery for stenosis at C5. The pain has subsided even before the 2 steroid shots but is still there. Numbness in my arm/hand when raised?
Will a spinal fusion end the pain from my stenosis in my neck? My daughter says it will still be painful even after surgery. It is C5/6 and I also have bone spurs?
