Yes you can: An adult can chew 1/4th ounce of raw ginger to decrease nausea but should not exceed 4 grams/day. Place thin slivers of fresh organic ginger in tea pot with boiling water – steep for 5 minutes & then slowly sip. Adding 1 TS of buckwheat honey & fresh lemon will make it more effective. Congestion – saline nose drops or neti pot. Be well.
