Why do you want to d: Depending on your intent here, it will starve you and make you lose some weight as it may not provide adequate calories as the honey provides you some sugar based calories.This is not healthy food as you are required to eat a balanced diet, with carbohyderates, proteins and some fats in your diet.This must further be supplemented with fruits and vegetables with each meal if you want to live healthy.

Fasting: for one day is not going to hurt you. Some recent thinking is that by "stressing" your body slightly by fasting every few days, you might even live longer. You do need to stay hydrated, of course, and lemon, honey and water is not a bad drink for this purpose. You could add a pinch of salt.
