Since this morning i've been experiencing a dull pain under my right arm. there's no visible sign of anything, but i can feel a small bump under my skin. the pain is exacerbated when i lift or stretch my arm out. do i need to go and see a doctor?

Arm pain: Since the arm pain is aggravated by stretching the arm, a muscular strain or mild inflammation could be the cause. The small lump, especially if not in the armpit and without tenderness may not be related. A physician would have to examine your arm and lump for diagnosis and advice.
