Probably: an irritative folliculitis...inflammation of the tiny pouches i which your hairs are growing ..this is often caused BY SHAVING TOO CLOSE or TOO OFTEN! An antibacterial moisturizing soap may help! Ask your PCP (Primary Care Provider) for a suggestion! Hope this helps! Dr Z
