Headaches: Your neurologist would be your best bet to develop a treatment plan for you. Acupuncture can be used as an adjunctive treatment.

Blocks: Neurosurgery: Sometimes nerve blocks done by an interventional pain specialist helps. I've also seen patients who have undergone nerve stimulators and ablation surgery do quite well.
