Examination : Consider seeing a doctor for an examination. They can check the breasts and nipples to help determine the cause and treatment. There are a variety of conditions that can cause problems on the Nipple. It is not likely to be related to your birth control. An Obgyn or Dermatologist is a good place to start for the examination
